The agreement

These terms form a contract between you and [trading entity name] ("PrepIO", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

PrepIO is an AI-powered interview practice service. You upload a CV and a job description, we generate questions tailored to the role, run a live voice interview, and email an evidenced report.

Your account

You must keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for the activity on your account.

Subscriptions and payment

The service is sold on rolling monthly subscriptions in three tiers (Solo, Standard, Pro). Your card is charged on the date of purchase and on each subsequent monthly renewal until you cancel. Prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Upgrades take effect immediately. The price difference for the rest of the current period is charged to your card on file. The renewal date does not change.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to harass others, infringe intellectual property, attempt to break security, or upload material that is illegal in the UK. We may suspend accounts that breach this.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload (CV, JD) and create through the service (recordings, transcripts, reports). You grant us a licence to process it solely to deliver the service to you.

Limits of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in any twelve month period is capped at the fees you have paid us in that period. We are not liable for hiring decisions made by third parties or for the outcome of any interview you take with an employer.

Changes to the service

We may update or change features. If a change materially reduces what you pay for, you can cancel and request a pro rata refund of the unused portion of the current period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
